Returns & Exchanges

At Taste of Tulsi, we maintain strict quality standards for all our food products. Due to the nature of edible items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is delivered.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

We do not provide:

  • Product returns
  • Product exchanges
  • Order cancellations after dispatch
  • Monetary refunds

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will only be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product received
  • Damaged or poor-quality product received

In such cases, customers are eligible only for a replacement product.
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear and complete unboxing video of the parcel
  • The video must start before opening the package
  • The parcel label and product condition must be clearly visible in the video

Without a proper unboxing video, no complaint or replacement request will be accepted.

Complaint Time Limit

Customers must report the issue within:

  • 24 hours of delivery

After this period, replacement requests will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Share the complete unboxing video
  2. Share order details and issue photos/videos

Once verified by our team, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Slight variation in taste, texture, color, or packaging may occur as our products are food-based and prepared traditionally.
  • Replacement approval is completely subject to verification by Taste of Tulsi.
  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy conditions.
